Kreduin

This is Kreduin. He has tubing running throughout his body that filters toxic gas through his system. He is a draconis species his third eye ability is unknown for the time being. It took me several tries before I found a design that I liked for this old character who hasn't seen the light till now. he is left hand and he is the man who documents every thing in the S. District Squad. He is second behind Jericho. He is also the most likely candidate to take Jericho's place as right hand man. He is able to shut the gases off in order to remove his mask. He can only breathe oxygen for an hour before his respiratory fails from the lack of toxins. His body engineered internally to withstand the gas. His right eye took an effect from the toxins but he is fine with it. All in all. He is a harsh fighter to enemies but is kind and considerate to his fellow districtors. He has a deep robotic voice.
